Jeans foot #8 is especially suited for sewing straight-stitched seams in tough, heavy fabrics such as denim, linen or canvas. Multi-layered fabrics also benefit from its special design.
When combined with the straight-stitch plate and its narrow needle opening, which gives the needle the greatest possible stability, the flat sole of this foot makes it easier for the foot to glide over the thick layers of fabric.
Jeans foot #8 is also ideal for straight-stitching medium weight and thin materials. Please note that the new BERNINA Dual Feed only works with type-D presser feet

Kimberbell Embroidery club
Have you checked out our October project for Kimberbell?
If you are interested in taking October class, come down to the store to sign up. Payment is required in advance. The fee is $25 for the class.
What does the fee cover? Your monthly fee covers your kit. Your kit will include your fabrics and stabilizers to complete the project. Of course you will receive to digital file and PDF directions for that project. We now email you your digital embroidery file and directions. We do display the direction on our projector for you to view during class.

*Please remember to have your machine up to date on any firmware it may need and your lap top/tablet if you are using one in conjunction.
*Have your design loaded and ready on your machine. This will help class go smoothly if you are prepared.

Longarm Quilting
Holiday season is fast approaching! We would like to remind everyone to bring in your items that you wish to have quilted in time for gift giving! This is one our busy seasons on the quilt machine. Just like every year, we will announce our cutoff date for you if you need a project quilted in time for Christmas. As a a reminder, you may call and ask us where we stand on the waitlist for quilting but things can change day by day. If you call Tuesday and we only have two quilts in, by Wednesday evening we could have six! This has happened many of times.
